Tradovate Delayed Account Creation 6/3 – RESOLVED

The delay affecting Tradovate account creation has been resolved, and pending Tradovate accounts have now been processed.

Tradovate Account Notice 6/2 – RESOLVED

The issue impacting some Tradovate accounts that were incorrectly deactivated has now been resolved. Affected accounts have been restored and are active again.

Tradovate Market Data Interruption 5/31 – RESOLVED

The issue has now been resolved. Accounts impacted within the incident window (May 31st, 6:00 and 6:20 PM ET) have been addressed.

New Products: What does this mean for Legacy Accounts?

We have officially launched our new End-of-Day (EOD) and Intraday Scaling products.

As of March 1, 2026, the previous versions of Evaluation and Performance Accounts are no longer available for new purchases and are now considered Legacy products.

If You Have Legacy Accounts

You can continue using your Legacy accounts without any changes:

  • Existing Legacy Evaluations remain active
  • Legacy Evaluations can still renew
  • You can still qualify from a Legacy Evaluation
  • You can still activate a Legacy Performance Account (PA)
  • Legacy Performance Accounts follow the same rules as before
