At Apex Trader Funding, we are committed to maintaining active and engaged trading accounts across our platform. To ensure optimal service, the following policy applies to account inactivity:
- Definition of Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if it reaches 30 calendar days without recording at least one single trading day with $150 or more in net profit.
- How To Track Inactivity: The Activity column on your PA chart reflects the most recent trading activity meeting at least $150 in net profit.
- Yellow Highlight โ Warning 1: At 15 days without qualifying activity, a yellow highlight will appear on your account. This is the first warning that your account is approaching the 30-day inactivity threshold. To reset your activity period, simply complete one trading day with $150 or more in net profit before reaching the 30-day threshold.
- Orange Highlight โ Warning 2: At 20 days without qualifying activity, an orange highlight will appear on your account. This is a second warning that your account is getting close to the 30-day inactivity threshold. To remain active, you must complete one trading day with $150 or more in net profit before reaching 30 days without qualifying activity.
- Red Highlight โ Termination: At 30 days without qualifying activity, the account reaches the inactivity threshold and may be terminated. To avoid termination, complete one trading day with $150 or more in net profit before the 30-day threshold is reached.
- Future Enforcement Notice: If any inactivity-related enforcement is implemented in the future, you will be notified in advance.
This policy applies to all Legacy Performance Accounts purchased before March 1st, 2026, including lifetime subscriptions. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the active status of their accounts.
