Prior to submitting a help desk ticket, please verify that you have at least one account in an active state.
When an account is in a failed state for 8 days or longer, it will be automatically disabled, along with the SIM account connection, until it is reset.
Your account can be reset manually whenever you choose by using your member’s portal. If you prefer, for Legacy Accounts, you can wait for the account to renew in its failed state and receive a free reset upon rebilling. Your subscription needs to remain active.

If you have an active account,Β please proceed with the following:
1) Delete your connection from NinjaTrader
2) Close NinjaTrader
3) Clear your cache
- Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
- Delete the sub-folder named ‘cache’.
- Restart NinjaTrader
4) Add your connection back to NinjaTrader and connect.
