Outlook / Hotmail / Live / MSN

Option 1 (Recommended):

1. Go to your Junk Email folder
2. Right‑click one of our emails
3. Select Junk → Never Block Sender

This ensures all future emails from us go directly to your inbox

Option 2 (Manual Safe List):

1. Click Settings → Mail → Junk Email
2. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
3. Enter our email/domain (e.g., @apextraderfunding.com)

Gmail (Google)

1. Open an email from us
2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right
3. Select “Add Apex Trader Funding to Contacts”

To prevent future filtering:

1. Click the “Show search options” (filter icon) in Gmail
2. Enter our email/domain
3. Click Create filter
4. Check “Never send it to Spam”
5. Save

Yahoo Mail

• Open an email from us
• Click the three dots (⋯)
• Select “Add to Contacts”

Optional (stronger whitelisting):

1. Go to Settings → More Settings → Filters
2. Click Add new filter
3. Set rule:
   • From → contains → @apextraderfunding.com
4. Move emails to Inbox

Apple Mail (iPhone / iPad / Mac)

iPhone/iPad:

• Open the email
• Tap the sender’s name
• Tap “Add to VIP” or “Add to Contacts”

Mac:

1. Open Mail
2. Select the email → Click sender
3. Choose “Add to Contacts”

ProtonMail / Other Providers

1. Add us to your Contacts
2. Mark our emails as “Not Spam”
3. Create a filter to always allow emails from our domain:
   • @apextraderfunding.com

Important Tips

• Check your Spam/Junk folder regularly (especially after signup or payouts)
• If you find our email in Junk, always click “Not Spam”
• Whitelisting the domain (@apextraderfunding.com) is better than a single email
