Affiliate Program Eligibility Requirements

The Apex Trader Funding Affiliate Program is designed for individuals and organizations who contribute value to the trading community through quality content, education, community leadership, and professional representation.

We welcome applications from creators, educators, community leaders, and industry professionals who are passionate about financial markets and interested in representing the Apex brand. Whether you are an established creator or are building a growing audience, every application is reviewed individually based on its overall fit with the program.

The quality of an applicant’s audience, professionalism, reputation within the trading community, consistency of content, and overall contribution to traders are valued far more heavily than follower count alone.

Applications are reviewed individually, and approval is based on Apex Trader Funding’s standards, brand alignment, and overall fit. Our evaluation criteria may evolve as the affiliate program continues to grow.

Affiliate participation is an ongoing privilege, not a guaranteed or permanent entitlement. Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on Apex Trader Funding and the trading community. All affiliates are subject to ongoing review, and Apex Trader Funding reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, suspend, or terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time and for any reason.

We are not looking for the most affiliates. We are looking for the right affiliates.

Qualifying Platforms & Activities

Affiliates typically operate one or more of the following platforms, channels, or communities:

Live Streaming: Hosting live trading sessions, market commentary, or financial discussions on platforms such as YouTube or Twitch.
Social Media Channels: Maintaining active trading or finance-related content on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, or LinkedIn.
Website or Blog: Operating an actively maintained website that publishes original content related to trading, indicators, investing, or financial markets. Eligibility is based on the quality, accuracy, and value of the content, not simply the existence of a website. Websites or published content consisting primarily of mass-generated or AI-generated material without meaningful editorial oversight or original value may not qualify.
Trading Communities: Managing an active trading community through platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Slack, or Zoom.
Trading Education Platforms: Running a trading academy, mentorship program, or educational platform that provides structured learning content.

While there is no single metric that guarantees acceptance, successful applicants generally demonstrate one or more of the following:

• A public presence or growing audience within the trading or financial markets space
• Consistent publishing activity
• Meaningful engagement with a trading-focused community
• A commitment to producing financial market content
• Professionalism and alignment with the Apex Trader Funding brand

Application decisions are final, and Apex Trader Funding does not disclose the reasons for approval or denial.

Content Expectations

Affiliates are expected to maintain a consistent presence within the trading community and produce original content related to financial markets.

This may include educational material, trade breakdowns, strategy discussions, market commentary, platform demonstrations, podcasts, newsletters, videos, or live trading sessions.

Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on Apex Trader Funding and upholds the integrity of the trading community. Public statements, social media posts, or other communications that are inflammatory, misleading, defamatory, intentionally deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to Apex Trader Funding, its employees, affiliates, customers, or the broader trading community are strictly prohibited.

Engaging in such conduct may result in immediate termination and removal from the affiliate program without notice, at Apex Trader Funding’s sole discretion.

Affiliates are expected to remain reasonably active within the trading community. Extended inactivity, failure to maintain relevant content, or conduct that no longer aligns with the goals or standards of the affiliate program may result in a review of affiliate status.

Affiliates are expected to disclose material relationships and promotional compensation where required by applicable laws or platform policies.

Applications Generally Not Approved

To preserve the integrity of the program, applications are generally not approved for:

• Applicants whose primary intent is personal discounts, internal group purchasing, or distributing codes within private circles such as friends, family, or closed communities rather than building a legitimate public-facing audience.
• Applicants with no meaningful public presence or demonstrated interest in creating trading or financial market content.
• Applicants who do not intend to actively create or share trading or financial market content.
• Applicants who utilize paid search, trademark bidding, coupon interception, or other traffic acquisition methods deemed inconsistent with Apex Trader Funding’s brand or affiliate policies.
• Applicants who operate coupon aggregation sites or discount platforms that promote codes broadly without meaningful or original content.
• Applicants who apply using multiple identities, aliases, or accounts.
• Applicants who promote misleading trading claims, unrealistic income promises, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Applicants who have a documented history of inflammatory, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise harmful public statements or social media activity related to Apex Trader Funding or the trading industry.
• Applicants whose published content consists primarily of mass-generated or AI-generated material that lacks meaningful editorial oversight or original value.

Apex Trader Funding evaluates every application holistically. Meeting one or more of the characteristics described above does not guarantee approval, and the absence of a specific characteristic does not automatically result in denial. Each application is evaluated based on its overall quality, professionalism, reputation, and alignment with the Apex Trader Funding brand and affiliate program.

Verification Requirement

Applicants must provide a valid government-issued photo identification from an approved country as part of the verification process. Applications from individuals residing in restricted countries, as listed here, will not be accepted.

Affiliate Program Details

Affiliates earn a fifteen percent (15%) referral fee when their unique affiliate code is used at checkout for the purchase of eligible accounts.

Referral fees are earned only on qualifying purchases and are subject to Apex Trader Funding’s Affiliate Marketing Agreement terms and policies.

Affiliate Marketing Agreement

Participation in the Apex Trader Funding Affiliate Program is governed by the Apex Trader Funding Affiliate Marketing Agreement.

All affiliates are required to review and agree to the terms of the agreement prior to participation.

The agreement governs, among other things:

• eligibility and participation requirements
• referral fee eligibility and payment terms
• prohibited promotional practices
• fraud, abuse, and policy violations
• referral fee reversals or adjustments
• termination of affiliate participation

Affiliate codes are intended for promotion through the affiliate’s public platform or community. Use of affiliate codes primarily for self-referrals, personal discounts, rebate-style arrangements, or internal group purchasing is prohibited and may result in removal from the affiliate program.

Apex Trader Funding reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or adjust any referral fees associated with fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activity in accordance with the Apex Trader Funding Affiliate Marketing Agreement.

Custom Affiliate Codes

Be sure to request your own custom affiliate code through the Help Desk. Custom codes help track referrals back to you and can significantly improve conversion rates.

• Links to all websites, social media accounts, content channels, and communities you use to engage with your audience, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Discord, and any other relevant platforms
• A brief overview of how you intend to promote Apex Trader Funding

What is the Affiliate Referral Fee Payout Schedule?

For Apex Referring Affiliates:

• Monthly Referral Fee Reports: Generated on the 1st of each month and reflect fees earned during the prior month.
  Example: Referral fees from August 1–31 will be included in the September 1 report.
• Payout Timeline: Payments are processed on the 15th of the same month as the report.
  Example: Referral fees reported on September 1 will be processed on September 15.
• Bank Processing Time: Once released, payments typically take 3–7 business days to reach your bank account. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Important: Please allow 3–7 business days after the 15th payout processing date for funds to appear in your account before contacting support.

Minimum Payout Requirement

• A minimum payout balance of $1,000 is required for payment.
• If your fees for a given month are under $1,000, they will roll over until the cumulative balance reaches the threshold.

Example:

• June earnings: $300 → No payout on July 15
• July earnings: $800 → Total = $1,100 → Processed on August 15
