Both credit and debit versions of these cards are accepted, as long as they are issued in your name.
Unsupported Payment Methods:
Gift cards

Crypto
These forms of payment are not accepted.
Important Note
All purchases must be made using a card that is registered under your own name. Payments made with cards belonging to someone else are not allowed.
Possible Checkout Errors
Declined or failed payments can happen for a variety of reasons, including bank security measures, incorrect billing details, or retrying the payment too quickly. Below are the most common issues and how to resolve them.
Billing Information Errors
Even small mismatches in your billing information can cause payments to fail. Make sure the following details match exactly what appears on your bank statement:
Full name
Billing address
Country
ZIP/Postal code
Card number, expiration date, and CVV
Error 609 โ Transaction Blocked by Issuer
This error usually means that your bank has flagged or blocked the transaction, often for security or fraud-prevention reasons.
What to Do:
Contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to approve or authorize the charge.
Confirm that your card is allowed to process:
Online transactions
International transactions (some banks block these by default)
Avoiding Duplicate Payment Errors
This issue normally appears when the same payment is attempted too quickly after a failed attempt, or multiple retries are submitted within a short period of time.
How to prevent it:
Wait 2 to 5 minutes before attempting the payment again
Refresh your Apex Dashboard before retrying
Do not click the checkout button multiple times during the same attempt
Retrying the Payment
After your bank confirms everything is authorized, retry the payment from your Apex Dashboard.
If the issue continues after contacting your bank, try updating the payment method with a different card to avoid further delays.
