HICKSVILLE, N.Y., June 27, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE:NYCB) (the "Company") today announced that as previously approved by its shareholders at its annual meeting held on June 5th, its Board of Directors passed a resolution yesterday approving the one-for-three reverse stock split.
