The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") and trade under the ticker symbol "RFAIU" beginning on May 17, 2024. Each unit consists of one ordinary share, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company ("ordinary share"), and one right to receive one-twentieth of one ordinary share.
