(TSX:GLXY) ("Galaxy") announced that its affiliate, Galaxy Asset Management, ("GAM"), reported preliminary assets under management of $7.8 billion as of March 31, 2024. The 23.3% decrease in preliminary AUM compared to the prior month was primarily driven by the liquidation of assets associated with an ongoing opportunistic mandate, partially offset by market appreciation.
