The Alberta government said Suncor Energy Inc‘s (NYSE:SU) majority-owned oil sands producer Syncrude Canada will pay C$390,000 after pleading guilty to one charge under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act) for failing to ensure the health and safety of a worker.
